Lay back and relax while a professional stretch therapist moves your body through a series of hands-on assisted stretches. A blend of techniques inspired by traditional Thai massage,

and Indian Savasana massage.

I'm Kira!


I started going to the gym as a teenager who was filled with anger, anxiety, and struggling with an eating disorder. I didn't know what I was doing, and I was just trying to help myself feel better.


Fast forward 12 years, and I am so grateful to be able to pass on my knowledge and experience to others. I get to witness the beauty of transformation everyday, as my clients grow stronger and more confident in themselves. I Iove my job, and I am so happy to be doing this work.


I’m a quirky human who loves to move my body, connect with humans, and see the world. Outside of the gym, I love to pole dance, hit up a hot yoga flow, go longboarding with friends, and read horror novels while drinking coffee.


If you are looking for a coach who is excited to meet you where you are at, I would be happy to be a part of your journey.
